Standing at 6 feet 8 inches and weighing around 400 pounds, Shaw consumes over 10,000 calories daily in his diet consisting of six meals to maintain his body weight. In a YouTube video, Shaw reveals his menu, which starts with a bundle of pancakes, eight ounces of bison meat, six eggs, and a glass of orange juice for his first meal.
His other meals include a protein shake, pasta with bison meat, rice with bison meat, ravioli with chicken meatballs and bison meat, and salmon with sweet potato mash. He also enjoys half a strawberry cheesecake and two or three slices of cheesecake.
Despite a leg infection that ruined his plans in the past, Shaw is going all out to make his retirement one of the most important events in Strongman history.
