Iain Valliere, who is anticipated to be a strong contender for the Olympia title in the Men's Open category, has disclosed his cutting-edge eating regimen for the upcoming 2023 Toronto Pro Supershow, which is two weeks away. Valliere, who started competing in the IFBB Pro League in 2015, has achieved several impressive results in national competitions since then. Despite not receiving an invitation to the most recent Mr. Olympia event, he has maintained his form and attained top-four finishes in various events. Valliere shared details about the foods and nutritional supplements that he is consuming in preparation for the upcoming competition in a YouTube video.

Valliere came out on top of the 2022 European Pro Show and entered the 2021 Olympia contest. However, he missed the mark on stage in Las Vegas last December and finished 11th. Following the result, Valliere opened up about his preparations for the show. He also made a case for the 212 class to be absorbed by the open class. Since then, Valliere left Patrick Tuor to reforge a partnership two months ago, which he believes would put him in a better place for his return at the 2023 Toronto Pro Supershow.

Valliere's full day of eating includes 220g extra lean ground beef and 140g rice, 220g chicken and 140g rice with green beans, 250g fish with 100g rice and kale with RTD pre-workout, 250g white fish with 150g Yukon or yellow potato and kale with 10g of glutamine and 5g creatine, and 250g fish and greens (broccoli and green beans) with 10g oil. Valliere is certain he's in great shape going into the upcoming contest and hinted at the possibility of a revamped drug protocol in the final stages of preparation.

Valliere appears confident about his chances at the upcoming 2023 Toronto Pro Supershow and aims to earn an invite to the November 2-5, 2023, Olympia. Olympia judge Terrick El Guindy praised Valliere's impressive physique and work ethic earlier this month but highlighted a need for him to improve his posing skills. Valliere promises his best look yet and has focused on keeping his weight in the 2023 off-season. Fans eagerly anticipate Valliere's performance in the upcoming show.
