Ronnie Coleman, who's won eight straight Mr. Olympia titles, is known for his otherworldly physique, which has changed the modern bodybuilding scene forever. Despite his injuries, Coleman pushes himself with one hundred percent effort in every session. Derek Lunsford, who's already won the 212 Olympia title, has moved to the Men's Open division to chase a new challenge. In 2022, Lunsford nearly won the title of Mr. Olympia champion.

During the intense training session, the duo did the following exercises to enhance their back and biceps:

Barbell Deadlift

Cable Seated Row

Lat Pulldown

Rear Lat Pulldown

Dumbbell Single-Arm Preacher Curl

Dumbell Seated Hammer Curl

Both the bodybuilders put their heart and soul into the training session, which did justice to their title of Olympia champions. To watch the full training session, follow Generation Iron on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
