Training with Ronnie Coleman: Derek Lunsford Hits the Gym for a Killer Back Day
Eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and 2022 Olympia runner-up Derek Lunsford have teamed up for a grueling back and biceps workout to build an Olympia-worthy physique. Both bodybuilding veterans shared their insights into the mechanics of the training during the session.
Ronnie Coleman, who's won eight straight Mr. Olympia titles, is known for his otherworldly physique, which has changed the modern bodybuilding scene forever. Despite his injuries, Coleman pushes himself with one hundred percent effort in every session. Derek Lunsford, who's already won the 212 Olympia title, has moved to the Men's Open division to chase a new challenge. In 2022, Lunsford nearly won the title of Mr. Olympia champion.
