Calum Von Moger has been spared criminal charges following his involvement in the January road rage incident. The judge decreed that von Moger would have to pay a $2,500 fine. She also ordered von Moger to undergo mental health treatment and be on a 12-month good behavior bond.
His lawyer stated that Von Moger’s erratic behavior was partially due to the number of carjackings he experienced while living in Los Angeles, California. These events left Von Moger ‘scarred and traumatized,’ which then ‘triggered’ the excessive reaction in January.
In addition to legal trouble, many think Von Moger is having mental health problems. In June, he jumped out of a two-story building and hurt himself severely.
