To get ripped, two weeks before the 2022 Amateur Olympia Italy Contest, Michal Krizo is focusing on a biceps-centered arm workout

Michal Krizo is a popular bodybuilder who is known for his ripped physique. He is currently preparing for the 2022 Amateur Olympia Italy contest, which will be held two weeks from now. In this workout video, Krizo focuses on training his biceps. He starts off with some warm-up sets of curls before moving on to heavier weights. For each set, he performs as many reps as possible until failure. Krizo uses a variety of different curl variations in his workout, including barbell curls, hammer curls, and preacher curls. By the end of the video, his biceps are absolutely shredded!

Michal Krizo is preparing for his next bodybuilding contest by dialing in his preparations. In a recent video, Krizo shared a high-volume biceps-focused arm workout two weeks from the 2022 Amateur Olympia Italy show.

Michal Krizo switched from the IFBB Elite Pro League to the NPC. He also took a legends tour in North America, visiting some of the most respected figureheads in the sport. Krizo’s first stop was at the Dragon’s Lair Gym in Las Vegas to see bodybuilding coach Milos Sarcev. Sarcev, who coaches a number of high-profile Men’s Open competitors, said Krizo has potential and plans to make an impact in the new league, assuming he earns a Pro card.

After that, Krizo paid a visit to four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler. After their meeting, Cutler said Krizo made quite the first impression. He called Krizo dangerous before mentioning that his striated muscle fibers remind him of bodybuilding legend Phil Heath.

Krizo’s impressive build has caught the attention of the bodybuilding community—most notably 1983 Mr. Olympia Samir Bannout. Bannout believes Krizo has what it takes to beat Andrew Jacked, who recently won his second Pro contest at the 2022 Arnold Classic UK. Bannout is very confident in Krizo and believes that he will win Mr. Olympia if he manages to qualify in time. In the past, Samir has mentioned that Krizo has bigger arms and a better v taper than Nick Walker, who placed fifth in the 2021 Olympia.

Michal Krizo’s brutal arm workout is definitely worth checking out!
