Bodybuilder Michal Krizo Gives an update on his shredded physique 1 week before IFBB Pro Debut and crushes his chest. Krizo looks clearly more ripped since earning his pro card at the 2022 Amateur Olympia Italy contest a few weeks ago.

Michal Krizo is still eyeing the 2022 Mr. Olympia title, but first, he must win a Pro qualifier. The mass monster recently shared an impressive physique update and chest workout days before his first Pro show at the EVLS Prague Pro on October 29, 2022.

Krizo’s impressive physique caught the attention of fans and bodybuilders when he switched from the IFBB Elite Pro League to the NPC. Then, he journeyed to the U.S. where he visited some of the most highly-regarded people in the sport. Krizo spoke with Milos Sarcev at the Dragon’s Lair first, and the veteran was amazed by his muscularity.

Krizo had the privilege of taking a photo with four-time Mr. Olympia winner Jay Cutler. The bodybuilding legend’s first impression of Krizo was very favorable. In addition to sharing that the 32-year-old is dangerous, Cutler also noted that Krizo’s shoulder development is similar to that of seven-time Olympia kingpin Phil Heath.

Krizo’s plan for the 2022 Olympia included earning an IFBB Pro Card, which he accomplished last week. Since the beginning of the season, Michal has stated his intention to qualify for Olympia this year by winning the 2022 EVLS Prague Pro. In a week, he’ll let his body do the talking, but right now, he’s focusing on a chest workout to prepare for his Pro debut.
