Chris Hemsworth’s Thor Diet & Workout Plan secrets for a ripped physique!


Chris Hemsworth is an Australian actor who is best known for his role as Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He has also starred in such films as The Cabin in the Woods Rush Snow White and the Huntsman and 12 Strong. Hemsworth is married to Spanish actress Elsa Pataky and they have three children together.

Hemsworth began his acting career in 2004 with small roles on Australian television shows. He eventually moved to Los Angeles and landed his breakout role as Kim Hyde in the soap opera Home and Away. Hemsworth’s big break came when he was cast as Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He has since reprised his role as Thor in several films including The Avengers Thor: The Dark World Avengers: Age of Ultron Thor: Ragnarok and Avengers: Infinity War.

In order to get into shape for his role as Thor Hemsworth worked with trainer Luke Zocchi. 

Chris Hemsworth’s Thor Diet

Hemsworth's diet is based on the principle of clean eating. This means consuming whole unprocessed foods that are as close to their natural state as possible. This way of eating provides the body with all the nutrients it needs to function optimally.

Some of the foods that Hemsworth includes in his diet are lean proteins healthy fats vegetables and fruits. He also makes sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

In addition to following a clean diet, Hemsworth also works out regularly. He uses a combination of weight training and cardio to build muscle and maintain his fit physique.

Hemsworth’s heavy eating was tough to keep up with. He later adopted a vegan diet that helped popularize the concept of “vegan bodybuilding.” Previously he ate the following staples:

His plan begins with a healthy diet. He eats foods that are high in protein and fiber which will help him to feel full and satisfied. He also consumes plenty of water since dehydration can lead to weight gain. Next, he exercises for about an hour every day. He performs cardiovascular exercises which help to increase the flow of blood and oxygen throughout the body. He also lifts weights which helps him to tone his muscles and build strength.

Bodyweight Circuit Training

  • Pull-ups (3 sets, 15 reps) for lats
  • Sit-Up (3 sets, 20 reps) for abs
  • Push-Ups (3 sets, 15 reps) for chest
  • Front Box Jump (3 sets, 10 reps) for hamstrings
  • Bodyweight Squat (3 sets, 15 reps) for quadriceps

Iron Circuit Training

  • Barbell Squat (3 sets, 15 reps) for quadriceps
  • Barbell Bench Press (3 sets, 5 reps) for chest
  • Standing Military Press (3 sets, 8 reps) for shoulders
  • Barbell Deadlift (3 sets, 5 reps) for hamstrings
  • Hammer Curls (3 sets, 5 reps) for biceps
