Arnold Schwarzenegger Has Intense Home Workout At The Home Backyard.

Arnold Schwarzenegger shares his home workout while staying home during this health crisis and advice everyone to stay safe at home.

This is the workout he shared:

    Hamstring stretches
    EZ Bar Bicep Curls
    EZ Bar Ground-to-overheads
    EZ Bar Bent-over Rows

 “I came out here to exercise a little bit, and just kind of improvise,” he says. “Just to show you that improvisation is the important thing. Just as long as you do something every day, that is the important thing. Bike riding, push-ups, sit-ups, find some little weights, some bags, some water buckets, whatever it is.”

 Arnold  just want be sure to keep people busy by home workout while they staying home. He completely known that we don't have the control about what happening in the world right now but we can control about our fitness goals and keep healthy to enhance the immunity system.
